Obesity is basically when someone's too over weight for their height or age. Obesity can lead to many, many problems- the worst of all being heart attacks since too much fat in your blood may block the veins and blood circulation will be stopped. So how is obesity caused? Well, that's plain obvious, if you eat too much and move around too little fat stores up in your body and goes as waste then just stays there; the more fat you are the worse and heavier you feel also same applies for being extremely bony as well. It's good to be in the middle. Oh yeah and sometimes being obese is not your fault- you might have an over active thyroid- seek medical help and get it fixed if you do have it.
However, obesity is not a big problem here in the UK since the people here are too interested in football and stuff and most people here aren't addicted to burgers and junk food but it is a huge problem in most countries world wide. The thing worse about being obese is not only that you would look ugly but also a huge chance of getting a heart attack even at younger ages like 21 or even 14.
As you know the US is vastly populated with people and much, much, much more then people are.... Obese people! (No offence intended). Weird chemicals used in most of US food makes it irresistible to stop eating especially if you have an addictive personality. If you go to the US, chances are if you walk on a populated road; nine out of ten people would either be obese or over weight. The thing here is that since US is populated with people and so with population comes up population of fast food centres like KFC, Mc Donald's and Burger King. These fast food providers should be renamed as "drug dealers". Just my bias opinion since when you start eating fast food and it tastes nice- you might take lots and lots but only if you get a huge craving which most Americans do. They mainly have huge cravings of burgers and other such unhealthy junk foods.
If you spend all your time sitting on your couch watching TV or using the computer. Order your food from Mc Donald's using your mobile or telephone. Not make any movements away from your couch or chair. Stare at the screen for hours and hours. These steps first result to you being obese and dyeing or dyeing of lunge cancer or any other health problems or brain tumour or dyeing of both. (This is not recommended to anybody to practise since using this way you might die even at the age of 15 if you started doing this at the age of 7, pretty dread). Especially depending on your age- if you wore less than the age of five or more than the age of fifty doing this then the possibilities are that you could die in less than one month.
Obesity in child hood or at a teenage age can be told by the way the child performs in physical activities and looks- obese kids mainly have a wide hip, big belly, huge thighs and massive tit growth, growth depends on your gender ß this is a bit shameful for boys. If you are a tad over weight:
Avoid junk food as much as possible this is probably the best way to prevent obesity. If you have temptations of food than take very little amount and use your will power to stay away from eating more. For example: You see some chocolate chipped cookies, you should take only one.
Eat accordingly to how much you exercise. I know how much some teenagers, kids and maybe even adults are pressured to eat a lot. Even though they don't move about a lot. Only eat as much food as you need to eat just to keep going and have enough energy.
Get your 5-a-day and some calories about 2400 and not too more neither too less then that since it's the normal amount of calorie needed by a human being.
If you have an over active thyroid talk to your GP.
Micro suction and Laser lipoid (not recommended since these method will make you weak, sick and are costly).
If you are already obese:
Laser lipoid and micro suction
Just take as food as a normal human would doesn't matter if you hungry just have breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner (in normal proportions of course and also have your greens and fruits).
If you have an over active thyroid then just fix it.
The thing about being obese is that you will not feel good in so many ways- by looks, bullying, and criticism and also by movement where you feel heavier and it is hard to move. So if you aren't obese right now- just avoid obesity by any means possible.
